Back in April, I had a trip to Denver planned with my friend Dani. We were worried about the weather though and decided we needed to go somewhere warmer so, we changed our plans last
minute and headed off to Moab with a few more friends from the ward. We were lucky enough to get Bryant and Benji to go because they had just gone the week before. (And that's when everything started ;).) I had always noticed Bryant from the ward but he always seemed so quiet and reserved. I learned quickly on this trip that that was quite deceiving! He was very outgoing and talkative and soooo positive about everything! We hiked that whole trip connected at the hip, getting to know each other. It was so great because the setting was perfect and there wasn't any 
pressure. I felt completely comfortable being myself around him and it was obvious we were attracted to each other. He waited until the very last day and the very last hike of the trip to ask me out. We set up a date for the following weekend but ended up getting together the day after we got home to exchange pictures....and every day after that :). We've been inseperable ever since. I had almost forgotten what it was like to really fall for someone. I have dated quite a bit and I've been interested in a lot of the guys I've gone out with but it never really clicked (or it was extremely rare). There was always something holding one of us back. But this just works. It really is true that things happen when you least expect them to :). That Moab trip was amazing, for the friendships, beauty of the land, and the timeless memories. It's definitely going to be one of the most memorable trips I've been on.
